Warranty

Vigilant Audio warranties its products for a period of 1 year, from the date of purchase. Keep your receipt. Warranties are limited to the country and the authorized partner (dealer / distributor) in which the product was originally purchased. 

A copy of your receipt or purchase confirmation will be necessary for any warranty claim.  Do not send any item without prior authorization from Vigilant Audio or one of our authorized partners.  Vigilant Audio, and/or its authorized repair facility, will repair or replace (at our discretion) any part(s) of the faulty unit which may prove defective under normal use during the warranty time period.  Vigilant Audio warranty does not cover incidental damages due to the use of the unit, nor damage caused by accidental misuse of the product. 

Additional Warranty Terms & Conditions

• Terms and conditions apply to a New / A-stock purchase from an Authorized Vigilant Audio partner.  B-Stock and refurbished sales are covered for 90 days from the date of purchase. Amazon Warehouse and Amazon Used products are not covered under the Vigilant Audio Warranty Policy.
• Repair shipping fees will be at the discretion of the authorized partner the item was purchased from.
• All repairs are subject to parts and material availability.

The following cases are not covered under warranty

• Any non-factory- installed electrical / electronic components.
• Damage or defects due to alteration, misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, extremes of temperature, humidity, or abnormal strain.
• Accidental or intentional damage.
• External damage on cable (exposed wirings, cuts, tears, etc.)
• The repair / replacement of expendable maintenance items including, but no limited to, windscreens and screw.
• Sound characteristics (sound is a subjective matter and is not warranted.)
• Any item not purchased from an authorized Vigilant Audio partner or retailer.

30 Day Trials

Check out SwitchOne speakers in the comfort of your own home with the Vigilant Audio 30 day trial period. If you decide within 30 days of receiving your SwithOne speakers that you are not totally satisfied, you can return them for a complete refund. All we ask is that you pay for the return shipping.
