Deep Bass. Kept Under Control.

Starke Sound SW15 is a powered 15-inch subwoofer for listeners who want genuine low-frequency extension, physical impact and dynamic scale without loose or exaggerated bass. Its one-piece glass-fiber cone is driven by a fast-response four-layer voice coil engineered to control the movement of the large 15-inch driver.

Bass lines remain distinct, drums retain their impact and demanding movie effects arrive with weight rather than undefined boom.

A sealed enclosure supports a tight, composed presentation that works for more than action movies. SW15 adds natural foundation to bass guitar, kick drums, synthesizers, organ recordings and orchestral music while preserving the rhythm and character of the performance. The built-in amplifier delivers 475 watts RMS and up to 950 watts of short-term power.

With a published frequency response extending from 14 Hz to 240 Hz and a maximum output of up to 116 dB, SW15 has the depth and dynamic headroom to support serious stereo systems and immersive home theaters. Flexible connections make it easy to integrate into different component systems.

Use the dedicated RCA subwoofer input with an AV receiver, the stereo RCA inputs with a two-channel system, or the balanced XLR connection for longer cable runs and compatible audio equipment. A balanced XLR output also supports connecting another subwoofer. Adjustable volume, continuously variable 50–200 Hz crossover and 0–180-degree phase controls help blend SW15 with your main speakers and room. Auto mode allows the subwoofer to enter standby when no signal is present and wake when playback resumes.SW15 is built for listeners who want the reach and authority of a large subwoofer without giving up speed, definition or musical control. One powered subwoofer is included. An AC power outlet and compatible line-level audio connection are required.
